The Media Rooms, located in the Sara Miller McCune Arts Library (1st Floor, Mountain Side), are home to high-quality audio/visual equipment accessible to all UCSB students, faculty, and staff. The rooms provide opportunity for students to engage with Library media collections, create, refine, and record multimedia projects such as podcasts, video essays, or other digital design endeavors.
About the Media Rooms:
- The Media Rooms are self-service and do not offer in-person, on-demand training or assistance.
- Users can request scheduled assistance and report issues by emailing mediarooms@library.ucsb.edu.
- Reservations for the Media Rooms may be made online 2 weeks in advance, for up to 4 hours per day, and up to 8 hours per week.
- DUO authentication is now required for room booking.
